Preparing school ops leaders for crises, the Joffe Ops Safety Certification Course offers an opportunity for cross-network collaboration, live virtual training sessions with experts, asynchronous project-based completion, and access to best practice resources.

We expect the audience of this training may include: Director of Operations, Assistant Principal of Operations, Business Operations Manager, School Ops Leaders, or any other team members responsible for day to day safety.

This comprehensive program equips you with exclusive templates and resources to streamline the reunification process, ensure clear communication, and prioritize the well-being of your entire school community.

  • Trauma-Informed Active Shooter Training

    This trauma-informed active shooter training equips school leaders with the knowledge and skills to navigate a critical incident. It goes beyond traditional response tactics, incorporating strategies to de-escalate situations, manage mental health needs, and provide support to students, staff, and families in the aftermath of a traumatic event. This training ensures your school is ready to face critical situations with care and competence.

Trainings Will Include:

  • Q&A Content Support: Individualized time to ask school specific questions about the content presented

  • Hands-On Application: Following each training session, participants will partner with school based admin to implement the learnings in their school
