Who Are We?

Joffe Academy is the learning platform of Joffe Emergency Services, a national school safety and emergency management organization that works alongside schools before, during, and after crisis response.

Our work is shaped by decades of hands-on experience supporting K–12 and independent schools across the country. Joffe Academy brings that experience into two clear pathways:

  • Free Resources: Open, accessible guidance designed to support schools at any stage of preparedness — no sign-up required.
  • Joffe Membership: A partner-level learning experience for schools seeking ongoing training, tools, and support to build long-term capacity and confidence.

Both are grounded in the same belief: preparation should feel achievable, human, and aligned with the realities of school life.

For schools seeking customized support, Joffe Emergency Services provides consulting and on-site partnership.
