Joffe Academy FAQ
Having trouble logging in? Please do not reach out to us via email- we will only be able to copy and paste these instructions and send them to you. This is the only way to recover a password. If your email address is not recognized, that means you do not have an account registered with that email and need to create one.
There is a space near the login that says, "Forgot password." (bottom right). Click that and enter the email you used to register.
Not sure which you used? You can either try different emails and see what works or check your inboxes and see which email received your initial confirmation email when you registered. The subject line to that email is, “Welcome to Joffe Academy!”
Once you enter your email, if there is an account associated with that email, you will receive an email that looks like this. Click on “resent your password for this account.”
You will then be taken to a page where you can create a new password (see blow).
How can you get more support from Joffe Emergency Services? Email us at [email protected] and we can help you figure out what support would be best!
Did someone from your organization already register for the All Access account and how do you need to log in? Awesome! Check in with the person who registered for your organization’s All Access account and get the coupon code from them. Do not pay for your own membership and expect a refund- we will not be able to accommodate this.
Not sure which membership is right for you?
More detailed descriptions of each membership level can be found on the Memberships page. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we can schedule time for someone to reach out to you!
Within the courses: Are your videos automatically starting off on mute?
1) Auto Mute
This is a browser-specific setting. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to override local browser settings, however, you can enable audio for this site! Once the audio is enabled in your browser or for your site, this setting will apply going forward, so you should only have to adjust these settings once in your browser.
How to adjust browser settings:
For videos in your browser on iOS devices such as iPhones or iPads, this is a restriction set in place by the iOS developers and unfortunately, the policy for this setting cannot currently be overwritten.
You can see the policies Apple and WebKit have set for videos and audio in iOS browsers here:
