You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Share your account credentials or course access with anyone not authorized under your Membership

3. Membership and Course Access

Access to paid courses on Joffe Academy requires an active Joffe Membership. Membership pricing, included features, and enrollment are described on the Site at the time of purchase. Course content is licensed for use by the enrolled Member's school or organization and named users only, and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside that organization.

Questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds should be directed to [email protected]. Joffe Academy courses and Membership are provided through Thinkific Labs Inc., which hosts the underlying course platform and processes payments on our behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality, including all course materials, videos, templates, and toolkits, are owned by Joffe Emergency Services and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, information, and materials on it, including course content, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Joffe Emergency Services makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on this Site or in any course constitutes legal, medical, or emergency management advice. Course content is provided for general educational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions involving life safety.

In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for Membership or course access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Joffe Emergency Services has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Changes to These Terms
